Arcadia University’s campus was once a large, private estate. Its rolling wooded hills enfold its historic Grey Towers Castle. As part of a multi-year program for expansion and improvement, the university undertook a comprehensive planning study of its grounds and landscape assets.
Working under a landscape architect, The Lighting Practice recommended upgrades to existing methods for lighting pathways, roadways, parking areas, signage, landscape features and building facades. TLP delivered technical specifications, a prioritized list of upgrades with budget pricing, and conceptual lighting renderings of campus building facades. The university is currently fundraising to implement Phase 1 of the recommended improvements.
