The Lighting Practice is thrilled to announce the promotion of A.J. Flynn to Associate. He has shown his commitment and dedication to our team, design excellence, and our clients.
A.J. Flynn – Associate
A.J. joined The Lighting Practice in 2021 as the firm’s controller and has 9 years of experience of working in finance for the A/E industry. He graduated from The University of Nevada, Las Vegas with a BS in Business Administration with a focus on Economics. A.J. was exposed to Business Administration at a young age which piqued his interest in pursuing the field. He works closely with leadership and the Accounting Coordinator to oversee the firm’s finances and develop financial plans and strategies.
“I’m excited to continue to partner with project teams and management to promote optimal performance at both the project level, as well as the big picture firm-level, while leveraging our technology to provide more visibility and transparency into the firm’s financial operation”, says A.J.
