The Lighting Practice is thrilled to announce the promotion of Pomme Lee and Thomas Bergeron to Associate Principal. They have shown their commitment and dedication to our team, design excellence, and our clients.
Pomme Lee, LEED AP – Associate Principal
Pomme is a multi-faceted, award-winning designer with over a decade of experience in the lighting and AEC industry. Her dual architecture and engineering degrees provide her with a unique skillset and understanding of the lighting industry. Pomme is experienced in architectural lighting design and lighting control systems for buildings in a broad range of project types, including corporate, entertainment, hospitality, mixed-use developments, and public spaces. As a LEED Accredited Professional, she is experienced in the design of high efficiency lighting and daylight harvesting systems. As Director of Strategic Human Resources, Pomme plays a pivotal leadership role in strategic workforce planning including restructuring the firm’s talent acquisition process, identifying opportunities for increasing retention, and succession planning development.
Thomas C. Bergeron, MIES – Associate Principal | Director of New York Office
Thomas Bergeron joined The Lighting Practice in 2019 as Director of TLP’s New York office. Thomas’s career in lighting design has afforded him the opportunity to work on a wide variety of project types throughout North America, Middle East, and Asia. He has designed lighting solutions for corporate, exhibit and museum, government, retail, exterior site, and building façades as well as daylighting design integration and master planning. In 2019, as part of the 40under40 awards, he was recognized by Lighting Magazine for his leadership in lighting design. As Director of The Lighting Practice’s New York Office, Thomas oversees project design, manages firm operations, and pursues project opportunities through marketing and business development efforts.
