3675 Market Street is a 14-story building located within uCity Square, a 6.5 million square foot mixed-use innovation district, meant for the entrepreneurs and innovators in the University City section of Philadelphia. 3675 Market Street houses Amicus Therapeutics, Drexel University, the Science Center, Cambridge Innovation Center (CIC), and others. Developed by Wexford Science + Technology, the Science Center, and Ventas this LEED Gold building forms a nexus between the entrepreneurial, academic, and research communities in the vibrant University City area. The Lighting Practice was tasked with designing the lighting system for the building’s main entrance, lobbies, the sidewalk along 37th street, and the façade.
