The Certified Professional Services Marketer (CPSM) Program, developed by SMPS Headquarters, is structured to elevate professional standards, enhance individual performance, and influence the future of this vital field. The CPSM credential identifies individuals who have met a rigorous standard of experience and expertise in marketing, and have proven (through an examination) their marketing competency in the A/E/C industry.
